Professional Overview

Experience Grounded in Regulation. Advice Focused on Outcomes.

Pranav Damania is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, DipIFR holder and Registered Insolvency Professional with more than 25 years of professional experience across insolvency, taxation, assurance, transaction advisory, valuation and cross-border business matters.

Among the early professionals registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, he has developed extensive experience under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. His work spans Corporate Insolvency Resolution Processes, voluntary liquidation, liquidation under IBC, resolution-plan advisory, creditor support, distressed-asset matters and regulatory representation before NCLT benches across India.

Pranav is particularly experienced in helping multinational groups close Indian subsidiaries, complete regulatory and tax formalities, distribute liquidation proceeds and repatriate capital to overseas shareholders. His approach brings together regulatory understanding, financial analysis, stakeholder coordination and disciplined execution.

Before establishing his advisory practice, he gained operating and financial-management experience in the steel and infrastructure sectors. This combination of industry exposure and professional practice enables him to assess an assignment from both a regulatory and commercial perspective.
