These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of consultinsolvency.com, a website owned and operated by Mr. Pranav Jayantilal Damania under the brand name Consult Insolvency. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The website provides general information about insolvency, restructuring, liquidation, resolution, regulatory and related professional advisory matters. Website material is not intended to address the particular circumstances of any person or organisation and must not be treated as case-specific legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment or insolvency advice.

Visiting the website, submitting an enquiry, receiving a preliminary response or downloading material does not create a professional-client, advisor-client, fiduciary or other engagement relationship. A professional assignment begins only when its scope and terms have been accepted through a separate written engagement letter or other formal written appointment.
